Returns -
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns -
1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear which occur after arrival will not be accepted.
3. Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging or a suitable alternative that ensures the items are protected during transit.
4. Payment: Unless items are being returned for being faulty, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping
Exchanges -
We accept exchanges for items if the sizing is incorrect, however please note that an exchange may not always be possible, if the size you are looking for is out of stock, in which case a full refund can be provided.
Please check the size charts provided and note the height and size of the model as stated on all product pages.
